3. Call Data and AI Processing
Callari processes voice call data on your behalf. As a platform operator, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from call recipients as required by applicable law (including TCPA in the United States). Callari provides built-in AI disclosure features to assist with compliance, but legal responsibility remains with you.
Call transcripts and recordings are stored securely and used solely to provide analytics, QA scoring, and platform functionality. We do not sell or share call data with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., our telephony provider Twilio).
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Service providers: Twilio (telephony), Stripe (payments), AWS (hosting), and other infrastructure partners necessary to operate the platform.
- CRM integrations: When you connect HubSpot, Zapier, or other tools, you authorize data sharing with those services.
- Legal compliance: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.
- Business transfer: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential cookies to operate the platform (session management, authentication). We may use analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect platform functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance reasons. Call recordings may be retained per your configured retention settings.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@callari.ai.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews. No system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
